Ok, so the polls are back regarding Odyssey – general consensus appears to be variations on a theme of “It’s awesome!”

I would really like to be able to go to the next one, and I get the feeling that I’d rather join a group of groovy people already there than try and recruit a group from scratch, am thus looking for a group of awesome people to go along with.

I’m willing to do just about any job in any culture I can phys-rep, but would prefer to be cutting people up in capacity as either a warrior type or a surgeon. So, is anyone in the market for an Alex?

 

 

Also, I am currently looking for someone who would like to buy a leather breastplate (female). [Photos available on the facebook link...]

Turns out, sadly, that the one I bought just doesn’t fit me. It’s too long in the back for me, and actually hurts when I wear it for extended periods of time. However, it’s a shiny, shiny piece of kit, in excellent nick (having only been worn for one event), and could be a real gem for the right person.

I recon it would fit about a size 14-18, but I would really advise trying it on (my mistake in the first place). I’m going to be at Maelstrom event 4 & Winter in the Willows for definite, and might be making other events as well, so please let me know if you’re going to one and would be interested and I can bring it along.

RRP for this is about £210, but I paid slightly less. Quite frankly, I’m prepared to entertain any reasonable offer or part-exchange.
