You could just keep a list, even if you don't share it, or have a chance to do full reviews - or maybe you could just do a stars out of 5 thing, perhaps?
I reccon it's a really interesting thing to do - and a good way to find out what, and how much you actually read, as opposed to what you think you read. That's how it started out for me!
